Signing in

Sign in with Apple is the fastest way in, and it keeps your real Apple ID private from us — we only ever see an anonymized identifier. If you'd rather not use Apple, email sign-in is right there too. Either way gets you into the same account.

Reset your password

If you signed in with email and forgot your password, request a reset from the app's sign-in screen. We'll send an email with a link that opens a secure page on this site where you can set a new one.

Already have that email open? You can open the reset page directly — it only does anything useful if you arrived here from the link in your email.

Subscriptions on iPhone and Mac

Plus and Premium are one purchase across both platforms. Subscribe on your iPhone and it works on your Mac, and the other way around — it all runs through your Apple Account, so there's nothing extra to buy or link.

To manage, change, or cancel, go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or open Settings on your device. Trade RC never sees your payment details — Apple handles billing end to end.

Verified badge

Verification is an optional, one-time selfie check, and it's available on every tier — Free included. If the check doesn't go through, or you want a human to take a second look, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Delete your account

You're always free to leave. Deletion is available right in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile is hidden right away, and everything is permanently deleted after 30 days — sign back in within that window if you change your mind.

If you've lost access to the app entirely, email us from the address on your account at thomasraypublishing@gmail.com and we'll process it from our end.

Trade RC on Mac and iPhone

Same account, everywhere. Sign in with the same method on both, and your rooms, matches, messages, and profile stay in sync automatically — pick up a conversation on your Mac right where you left it on your phone.

The Mac app speaks keyboard, too: Cmd+F searches your conversations.
